Terms of sale and license

1. Who sells
ChatArena is made by Ghaith Al-Darwash (see the legal notice). Purchases and payments are handled by Gumroad, Inc. as the merchant of record; Gumroad's terms apply to the checkout and the payment.

2. What you get
The ChatArena app for Windows, 10 Roblox game files, guides and a setup video as a download, and a license for one TikTok account: the username you enter at checkout.

3. Your license
You may use ChatArena on your own TikTok LIVE, also in LIVEs where you earn gifts. The license is personal and cannot be transferred. You may not sell, share, upload or publish the app, the games or your key, and you may not remove or get around the license check.

4. What you need
A Windows 10 or 11 PC, TikTok LIVE Studio with LIVE access, the free Roblox Studio with a Roblox account, and an internet connection. Follow the rules of TikTok and Roblox when you use ChatArena.

5. All sales are final
ChatArena is digital content that you can download right after your purchase. All sales are final; there are no refunds if you change your mind. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected: if something does not work as described, write to us and we will fix it.

6. Help and updates
Write to chatarena.support@proton.me if you need help with the setup. Updates for version 1 are free.

7. Liability
We are liable according to the statutory provisions.

8. Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in also apply.
